Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can help quickly.

Returns

Contact us before mailing a return. After a return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and timing.

Custom orders and collaborations

For a custom color, name or text on a gift, send the product link, your requested changes, quantity, delivery country and preferred date. Available options, any additional cost and timing must be confirmed for the specific product before ordering. See our custom gift request guide.
