These Terms of Service govern your use of www.boxyloot.com and purchases made from BoxyLoot. By visiting the website, placing an order, or using any part of the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Our store
BoxyLoot offers small-batch, studio-made and curated collectible figures, display objects, custom gifts, and related products. Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you. Shopify is not the seller of BoxyLoot products.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.
3. Products and handmade variation
We try to display product colors, dimensions, materials, and details accurately. Screens and lighting can affect how colors appear. Small-batch and 3D-printed items may have minor layer lines, finish differences, or other variations that are normal to the production process and do not affect ordinary use. Product descriptions and images may be updated without notice.
Some designs are created by independent designers and are produced or sold by BoxyLoot with authorization. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, design rights, trademarks, or permission to reproduce, scan, manufacture, or commercially distribute the design.
4. Availability and order acceptance
Products may be limited, made in small batches, or offered only during a particular drop. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order, or discontinue a product where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, or violation of these terms. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item.
5. Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the website states otherwise. You agree to pay the price, shipping charges, and any taxes displayed at checkout. Prices and promotions may change without notice but will not change an order already accepted. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Free worldwide shipping applies to eligible orders over US$29.99 as displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Custom-made or personalized products may be non-returnable except when defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
8. Custom orders
Custom colors, names, dimensions, or other commissioned work may require written confirmation, additional production time, and separate pricing. A custom order may not be changed or cancelled after production begins. We will communicate any additional terms before accepting a custom order.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose; interfere with the security or operation of the service; attempt unauthorized access; transmit malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
10. Intellectual property
The website, branding, photographs, graphics, written content, product designs, and other materials are owned by BoxyLoot, its designers, or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for personal shopping and informational purposes. No commercial reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written authorization from the applicable rights owner.
11. Third-party services and links
The service may include payment providers, delivery carriers, social networks, and links to third-party websites. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except to the extent required by law.
12. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxyLoot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify BoxyLoot against third-party claims and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service or material breach of these terms.
15. Severability and waiver
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where BoxyLoot is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
17. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the stated updated date and do not retroactively change an order already accepted, except where required by law.
