A drop is a weekly release of freshly 3D printed toys themed around one of our ongoing collections. Every Monday at noon EST, a new drop goes live with a new set of character designs. Each drop is only available while supplies last, so act fast before they sell out!

Weekly drops and product pages show the final price for each figure before checkout. Selected theme collections may also offer an optional Theme Box with simple base rates: Multi-color is $39.99/lb, mixed is $34.99/lb, and single-color is $29.99/lb.

In weekly drops, yes — you choose the exact figures you want. If you buy a Theme Box instead, that format is intentionally random within one theme, so specific figures are not guaranteed.

Multi-color uses specialty gradient filament that transitions through multiple colors during printing, giving each figure a vibrant, unique rainbow or gradient look — no two are exactly alike. Mixed gives you a blend of multi-color and single-color prints. Single-color prints in one solid color; you can choose from our available color options at checkout.

Theme Box orders typically contain 8–14 figures per pound, depending on the size and complexity of the designs in that theme. Larger figures may reduce the count, while smaller figures increase it.

Once a drop sells out, that weekly lineup is over. Some exact products may still appear inside theme collections or future drops, but the original drop is not restocked as a weekly event.

Free shipping is available once your order reaches the current threshold shown at checkout. Orders below that threshold pay standard shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS within the continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may take 7–10 business days.

Currently we ship to all 50 US states only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when it's available.

You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. You can track your order directly through USPS or UPS using that number.

If anything arrives broken or damaged, email us at support@boxyloot.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

All BoxyLoot figures are printed with PLA+ filament — a premium, biodegradable plastic derived from plant-based sources like cornstarch. It's stronger than standard PLA, more vibrant in color, and better for the environment.

PLA+ is generally considered non-toxic and food-safe. However, 3D printed figures are small collectibles not intended as children's toys. We recommend them for ages 14+. Small parts can be a choking hazard for young children.

Because BoxyLoot figures are 3D printed, each one is made individually — no two are exactly alike. Minor variations in color gradients, slight differences in layer texture, or small print artifacts are a natural part of the process and part of what makes each figure unique.

Our PLA+ figures are solid and surprisingly durable for display and gentle handling. They're not designed for rough play or outdoor exposure. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods, as heat can cause slight warping.

Yes! PLA+ takes paint very well. Lightly sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper, apply a primer coat, and then paint as you like with acrylic paints. Many collectors love customizing their figures!

No account is required to place an order — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you view your order history, track shipments, and check out faster next time.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Email us at support@boxyloot.com immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is packed and labeled, we can't modify it.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account to view current order status and tracking info.

Yes! You can place multiple orders from the same drop as long as inventory allows. Each order is packed and shipped separately.
