What can I customize?
You can ask about a different color, a name or a written message. The options depend on the design, available space and product construction. Please contact us about your chosen item first: a customization option is not automatically available on every product.

How do I request a personalized gift?
- Choose a product. Send its name or product-page link, plus the style or set you want.
- Describe your changes. Include the color you would like and the exact spelling, capitalization and punctuation of any name or message.
- Share the practical details. Tell us the quantity, delivery country and the date you hope to receive it.
- Confirm before ordering. Ask us to confirm what is possible for that design, any additional cost, and production and delivery timing.

Are BoxyLoot gifts handmade?
BoxyLoot combines modern making tools with hand finishing, as described in our studio story. The 3D-printed gifts in our catalog are made using a printing process; “hand-finished” describes the finishing work and does not mean every part is shaped entirely by hand. Read each product page for its actual materials, components and included pieces.
If you are looking for a handmade-style gift with a personal detail, ask about color, name or text customization on a specific design. Visible print layers and small surface variations are normal on our 3D-printed products.
Is personalization included in the displayed price?
The product page shows the standard item and selected variant. Ask us to confirm any additional cost for your requested changes before ordering. Sending a request does not change the product in your cart.
