We believe shipping costs shouldn't be a surprise. Every BoxyLoot order ships free — whether you order 0.5 lbs or 3+ lbs, your shipping cost is $0.00. No minimum purchase. No hidden fees. Just free shipping, every time.

Processing & Dispatch

After you place your order, we need 1–2 business days to carefully print, cure, and package your figures. We pack each order with bubble wrap and box filler to ensure everything arrives safely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

💡 Orders placed before noon EST on business days are often processed the same day.

Delivery Times

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. We'll choose the fastest carrier for your area at no extra cost to you.

💡 Remote areas and PO Boxes may take an additional 1–2 days. Alaska and Hawaii orders may require up to 7–10 business days.

Where We Ship

Currently we ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're actively working on international shipping and hope to offer it soon. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when international orders open up.

Shipping FAQ

Yes, absolutely! Free shipping is not a promotion — it's our permanent policy. Every BoxyLoot order ships free, no matter the size or quantity. We believe the price you see should be the price you pay.

You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier. You can track your package directly through USPS or UPS using that number.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@boxyloot.com and we'll do our best to update your address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as lost, contact us at support@boxyloot.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate it. If it can't be found, we'll resend your order at no charge.

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Delivery to PO Boxes may take an additional 1–2 business days compared to street addresses.

We currently only offer standard free shipping. Expedited options are not available at this time, but we always aim to process and ship as quickly as possible.
