What We Cover

We take full responsibility for the following issues. If any of these apply to your order, you're entitled to a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

  • Items damaged during shipping (broken, cracked, or crushed figures)
  • Items that arrived significantly different from what was ordered
  • Missing items from your order (e.g., order says 1 lb but package is noticeably lighter)
  • Defective prints with major quality issues (severe layer separation, warping, or incomplete prints)
  • Wrong color type received (e.g., ordered multi-color but received single-color)

What We Don't Cover

Because BoxyLoot is a mystery assortment, there are a few things we can't offer returns for. We're always transparent about this upfront so there are no surprises.

  • Not liking the specific figures you received (mystery boxes are random by design)
  • Preferring a different color or character after receiving your order
  • Buyer's remorse or simply changing your mind
  • Minor cosmetic variations that are normal for 3D printed items (slight color gradients, small layer lines)
  • Damage caused after delivery (drops, exposure to heat, etc.)

How to Request a Refund

A clear photo helps us resolve your issue faster and improve our packaging. Just snap a quick pic and attach it to your email.

Once we review your request, we'll offer you a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method — whichever you prefer.

Receive your refund or replacement

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. Replacements ship within 1–2 business days with free shipping.

Returns & Refunds FAQ

No! We never ask you to ship items back for damaged or incorrect orders. For eligible claims, we'll simply send a replacement or issue a refund. No return shipping hassle.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days of approval, though it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

We're unable to offer figure-for-figure exchanges because each order is a mystery assortment packed and sealed. However, if your order was significantly incomplete or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Damage includes broken or cracked figures, figures that were crushed during shipping, prints with major defects like severe warping or incomplete layers, or items that are unusable due to transit damage. Minor cosmetic variation normal to 3D printing (slight color shifts, small layer lines) is not considered damage.

Please wait 24 hours in case of delivery delays, then check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If still missing, email us at support@boxyloot.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier and resend if needed.
